Vythiri is one of Kerala’s most beautiful destinations to vacation in. This initiative might just pave the way for other tourist destinations to follow suit. By slowly amping up Covid-19 vaccination drives across districts, the Kerala Government hopes to make the state tourism-ready. Kerala has banked on tourism for its survival. However, the pandemic put a hold on it, cutting down a major revenue for the state. The Government’s vaccination drive will soon promote domestic tourism, encouraging native citizens to visit tourist destinations.
