For the past few days, Tovino Thomas has been hinting at the trailer launch of his upcoming movie ‘And The Oscar Goes To’. When the first look of the movie came out, we excessively began dissecting its storyline. The teaser gave us a slight glimpse into what we can expect and it seems like we can hope for stunning performances to set the screen ablaze.
Directed by two-time National Award winner Salim Ahamed, And The Oscar Goes To is about a struggling filmmaker whose movie gets an Oscar entry. The entire movie will be based on the protagonist’s struggle to make it big in the movie fraternity. Tovino Thomas and Anu Sithara play the lead roles in the movie. Academy award winner and Indian film sound engineer Resul Pookoty will be the man behind the movie’s sound mixing. In addition, Madu Ambat will closely work with the Director to give the movie’s cinematography a nice edge. Very recently, the movie had won big in the Best Direction and Actor category in the Alberta Film Festival of Canada.




After piquing our interest with the teaser, the trailer of And The Oscar Goes To is finally out. And, by the looks of it, the story delivers an oddly infectious entertainer that is flat-out remarkable. Each and every scene in the trailer is symbolic of the struggle of people who take a different route in their careers. You might feel squeamish in some scenes, but for the eyes, it’s .a pleasure.
