Kannur native, Gopika Suresh, bagged the Miss Kerala 2021 title. Out of the 25 contestants who participated, Gopika managed to stand apart in the competition. Filmmaker Jithu Joseph and music composer Deepak Dev were part of the jury, who selected the winner.
Gopika Suresh is currently pursuing her degree in Bangalore. She won the title after acing three final rounds, which included a catwalk in a Kerala attire, a lehenga, and a designer gown (designed by stylist Sanjana John).

Livya from Ernakulam won the first runner up title. While Thrissur native and Australian student Gagana Gopal won the second runner up title in the Miss Kerala 2021 competition.Â
The competition was held in Kochi.
