When Colombian-Indian Christian Bianca Maieli met Pakistani Muslim Saima, they realised that the two of them were meant to be together. And when the two of them decided to tie the knot, they ensured that they did so in multicultural splendour.

Bianca looked amazing in ivory saree with golden embroidery, designed by Bilal Hussain Kazimov. Whereas, Saima’s gold and floral embroidered sherwani, coupled with a statement pearl neck-piece, managed to keep guests at the edge of their seat.
They got married in California, and the joy reflected in these pictures is proof that love transcends gender and that it’s time we moved away from the traditional gender definitions.
