The Chinese tradition considers three a lucky number and now we know why. Meteorologist Ed Russo shared a picture, clicked by Amy Grabowski Sanders, of a double rainbow and lightening together and it’s by far, one of the best captures of 2019. To have witnessed this rare occurrence first hand is a miracle in itself.
