Cold Case Trailer: Prithviraj’s Murder Mystery Has A Lot To Unpack

Amazon Prime has finally dropped the much-awaited trailer of Prithviraj’s upcoming movie, Cold Case. Directed by Tanu Balak and written by Sreenath V Nath, Cold Case is an investigative crime thriller helmed by Prithviraj and Aditi Balan. Joseph Films and Plan J Studios are the producers of the movie.

Anto Joseph shared, “The cast and crew have worked tirelessly to make this film a treat to watch. Viewers are definitely in for a thrilling ride with Cold Case that will keep them at the edge of their seats throughout the film.”

In the Cold Case trailer, we see Prithviraj donning a police officer character, ACP Satyajith, who is trying to solve a murder case. A skull is found in a garbage bag and the police officer comes to the conclusion that this isn’t a ‘natural death’.

The movie follows Prithviraj’s quest to find the killer. But as he digs deeper, he finds himself surrounded by supernatural elements related to the cold case. ACP Satyajith and investigative journalist Medha Padmaja, played by Aditi Balan, chances upon each other, and the case take a whole different turn.

Lakshmi Priya, Alencier Lopez, Anil Nedumangad, and Athmiya also play crucial roles throughout the movie.

The movie combines supernatural elements and a mysterious crime together, sparking curiosity among the audience. We are all left with one question – “What is exactly going on?” To know who the ‘brilliant killer’ is, you’ll have to wait till the 30th of June.
