8 Things That Kottayamkaar Say

Kottayam is often referred to as land of Letter, Lakes, and Latex. It is the former that we will focus on today. Kottayam is considered a centre for literature as it was the birthplace (and headquarters) of Malayalam dailies like Malayala Manorama, Deepika, and Mangalam. It is also home to many renowned places of learning. Hence, earning the title Akshara Nagari (Land of Letters).
